Lois Creek Developments Inc.

A brand new development in Kimberley BC. JDC was assigned the task of ensuring this brand felt like a Nordic luxury offering, with a natural, relaxed feel. The development included 4 price points of vacation homes, all in various landscapes.

The project included designing the brands for the umbrella company of Lois Creek Developments and the sub developments within it of Lois Ridge, Lois Park, Lois Lane and Fernie Street Townhomes.

Lois Creek placed their relationship with the existing Kimberley residents on the forefront, ensuring they are excited to see a new development, and communicate that their landscape would not just be considered, but improved.

Within the LCDI brand, 4 additional sister brands were created to reflect each portion of the development. Each was named and designed with custom icons that reflected the unique landscape in which they were located.
